Every Rothstein Guitars assembly is custom built to order, and lead times vary based on current shop volume.
- Current Status: For the most up-to-date production estimates, please refer to the lead time indicator located in our site’s navigation header.
- Components: Non-soldered parts and DIY kits generally ship within 5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Security
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on your order total and delivery location.
- Standard Shipping: We utilize USPS Priority Mail for all standard domestic and international orders.
- Expedited Shipping:USPS Express Mail is available for domestic orders requiring faster transit.
- Security: To protect your investment, all orders over $200 are shipped fully insured with a Signature Required upon delivery.
3. International Orders
We ship globally via USPS Priority Mail International.
- Customs & Duty: We comply with all international laws and will not declare a lower value on packages. This constitutes customs fraud and is illegal.
- Local Fees: All international buyers are responsible for their own local duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel certain international orders based on perceived shipping risk.
