RETURNS, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

1. Custom Pre-Wired Assemblies

Because these assemblies are custom-built to your specific technical requirements, we cannot accept them for a return or refund. Once components are soldered and wire is cut to your unique specs, the assembly cannot be sold as new.

• Our Commitment: Our goal is your perfect tone. If the results aren’t what you expected, we will work with you to help troubleshoot or refine the circuit to dial in the right voice for your guitar.
• Order Modifications: No charge applies for changes requested before production begins.
• Restocking Fees: If a change or cancellation occurs after we have ordered custom components for your build or started production, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

2. Components & Non-Custom Items

For all other "as-new" merchandise in its original, unaltered packaging:

• 15-Day Refunds: Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Exchanges: We offer dollar-for-dollar exchanges for as-new, unaltered merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• Open Orders: Changes to any order that has not yet shipped can be processed at no additional charge.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued via the original method of payment only.
