1. Ordering & Payment

    • Yes. Our store uses industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure your data is 100% protected.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We use PayPal as our primary secure payment processor.
    • No PayPal account? No problem. You can securely use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover through the PayPal guest checkout—no account registration required.

2. Warranty Information

  • What is your warranty?
    • We offer a 2-Year Warranty to the original owner on all pre-wired assemblies, midrange controls, varitones, and pedals.
  • What are the limits of the warranty?
    • Unaltered Gear Only: The warranty is void if the electronics have been modified or tampered with after delivery.
    • Pickups: Physical pickups are warranted by the original manufacturer (e.g., Lindy Fralin or Curtis Novak), not Rothstein Guitars.
    • DIY Kits: We do not offer a warranty on DIY kits or individual components once they have been soldered.

3. Returns & Cancellations

  • Can I return a pre-wired assembly?
    • Because these are custom-built to your specific specs, we cannot accept returns for a refund. However, our goal is your perfect tone. If the sound isn't what you expected, we will work with you help you dial in the right voice for your guitar.
  • What about non-custom items?
    • For all other "as-new" merchandise, we offer a 15-day refund policy (subject to a 15% restocking fee) or a dollar-for-dollar exchange.
  • What if I need to change or cancel my order?
    • Contact us immediately. If we have already ordered custom parts or started production on your assembly, a 25% restocking fee will apply to the cancellation or change.
